Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy milk or almond milk (or any milk you have on hand)
  • 1/2 Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Frozen fruit, (any variety)
  • 1/2 scoop Protein powder
  • Enough water to cover all ingredients

Instructions

  • Place all fruits and liquid in blender (I use a Magic Bullet) then add protein powder. Blend until all fruit is pureed and blended well.
