Soy milk or almond milk (or any milk you have on hand)

Frozen fruit, (any variety)

Protein powder
Enough water to cover all ingredients
Instructions
Place all fruits and liquid in blender (I use a Magic Bullet) then add protein powder. Blend until all fruit is pureed and blended well.
